Audax Media ("Audax", "we", "us") is a marketing agency. We produce ad creative, run paid media, and work on search presence, websites and email follow-up for the businesses that hire us. This policy covers people who contact us through this website: if you fill in the form, answer the questionnaire or book a call, we decide why and how that data is used, so we are the controller of it.
When we run advertising or email inside a client's own accounts, the data in those accounts belongs to that client and their own privacy policy governs it. We act there on their instructions.
From website visitors: the name, email address, phone number, business type, and any details you enter into our contact form. If you book a call, we receive the information you submit to our scheduling provider.
Automatically: standard web server logs, such as IP address, browser and device type and the pages requested. No analytics or advertising tags are installed on this site at the time of writing, so we are not building a profile of your browsing here.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing messages), performance of a contract (to deliver services you or your business requested), legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve our services), and legal obligation where the law requires it.
